Resides in a small Dutch colony where the locals call him "Little Franco" because he has much darker hair/complexion and is fully a foot shorter than anyone else in town. Uses most of his discretionary income to play the lottery (motto: "I'm due."). Has a surprising range in number of chins shown in photographs over the years.
